"I just wanted to let you know how my conference meet went. I went a 2.07.4 in the 200IM which is a personal best, 1st place at the meet, and a new pool record! Also, it is currently the second fastest time in the state! I know I can drop more time, however, and I hope to go at least a 2.06 if not a 2.04 at sectionals. I also swam the 100free and went a 52.6, which is another best time, 1st place, and it seats me 4th in state. My two relays won as well, and the team won overall! I made sure to take extra ASEA before the meet and it really helped. Thanks so much for the training. I look forward to working out tomorrow!!!"

How would a 10-12% increase in ventilatory threshold (VT) or reaching your VO2 Max sound? Find Out How
It’s understandable that most would believe to improve your swimming times is to simply swim.
But to avoid the breakdown of the body due to various overuse injuries and consistently excel in the sport, swimmers must be able to display the interactions of power, nutrition, and stamina.
The ideal way to create the efficiency to excel is to improve your capacity to maintain position at speed so you are operating at a lower relative intensity of effort.
This is where the “out of h2o” training at Synergy can increase your power output and delay the onset of fatigue to dramatically improve your times.
